AUW 500 - Light winding machine

1.- Precision winding with any size tube, traverse but Ø<150 mm. AUW 1.000 for Ø>150 mm. 2.- Precision winding without tube <150 x 150 mm; AUW 1.000 for > 150 x 150 mm.
3.- Paralell winding regulable for several braider bobbins: 80, 115, 120, 140, 160...226.
4.- Paralel winding on flanged bobbins <150 x 150 mm; AUW 1.000 for > 150 x 150 mm.
5.- Precision winding for King Spools. Bigger than certain size, recommended manual version. 6.- Precision winding for Filters 10”-12” traverse; Automatic & up to 60” traverse in manual.

AUW 500 USES

Paralel Windins: Bobbins from 1” to 6” traverse ad up to 6” diameter.

Precision Winding: Bobbins from 2” to 6” traverse ad up to 6” diameter.

Braiding Bobbins: Able for 80, 115, 120, 140, 160 220 and special constructions.

King Spools: Any size.
(for big sizes recomended manual).

Filters: Regulable the Microns of filtration. Up to 12” in automatic version;up 60 double in manual version.
