TPRS Technology is Twisting Plying and Reverse Twisting System.

TPRS-19 has just one motor for both Ply and Cable (S /Z) twist. This gives a major power saving advantage. Moreover, Due to one Step process there is an overall saving of 40% in power, manpower, space wastages etc.

Driving, HMI, Power Failures

TPRS-19 Spindles, Traverse and Drum are driven by a single motor and mechanical gear box. Spindles are driven through tangential belt. Speed is controlled through inverter with HMI. There is an easy way of changing TPM and package buildup (Conical/ Parallel) mechanically. In case of Power failures machine stop synchronized.

Applications of TPRS-19

TPRS-19 is a best twine twister for variety of application like fishing Twines, Bag Closing Threads, Embroidery Threads, Stitching Threads, Industrial Threads etc. Any Multifilament yarns like Polyester, Nylon, Polypropylene is suitable to work on TPRS-19Staple, Tape, Monofilament yarns are not suitable to work on this model.

TPRS-19, One Step Twine Twister is designed, keeping in mind operators comfort. It is a Single Deck machine having Take up Bobbin height at just 1.5 meter Making the tube change easily accessible. Having overhead creel helps in managing the empty and finished tube quite easily.

High Productivity high Quality, Knot less Package

TPRS-19 is a high output machine designed to run at 6000 RPM (12000 revolution) with maximum MPM up to 70.

Input weight of each ply is up to 1 KG which can give knot less package of 3 KG. Since S & Z twist are given in a single path, there is no screwing effect on the yarn, making it a high quality high performance stitching yarns.
